**Job Title**: Executive - MIS and Strategy

**Reporting to**: Chief Operating Officer

**Job Summary**

The Executive - MIS and Strategy will be responsible for managing management information systems (MIS), analyzing business data, supporting strategic initiatives, and preparing actionable insights to help leadership make informed decisions. This role is crucial in tracking performance, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency within the insurance broking domain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **MIS & Reporting**:

- Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business performance.
- Consolidate data from various teams (sales, operations, claims, underwriting) and generate dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports.
- **Strategic Support**:

- Assist in preparing business presentations, board reports, and strategic documents.
- Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies, client acquisition, and renewal processes.
- Support market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track KPIs across business verticals (Corporate, Retail, Health, Motor, etc.).
- Analyze revenue, productivity, and profitability metrics.
- Highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Work with tech and ops teams to streamline workflows and improve data capture.
- Suggest enhancements in CRM or ERP systems to improve data utility.
- **Liaison & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal departments for data gathering, validation, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure goal alignment and performance tracking.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, or Strategy role (insurance or BFSI sector preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Industry Exposure**
- General Insurance / Life Insurance / Insurance Broking / BFSI Analytics
- Familiarity with IRDAI reporting formats and broking performance metrics is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,852.89 - ₹30,939.68 per month
