**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Telecaller** to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves counseling and guiding students and parents regarding **NEET and MBBS** admissions across India and abroad. You will play a key part in helping students make informed decisions about their medical education pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases/leads.
- Explain the admission process, eligibility criteria, and course details for NEET and MBBS programs.
- Understand the students’ needs and provide accurate information about colleges, fees, entrance requirements, and career opportunities.
- Maintain daily records of calls and report feedback to the supervisor.
- Achieve and exceed monthly counseling targets.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Good convincing and counseling ability.
- Basic knowledge about NEET and MBBS admission processes (domestic and international preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle student queries effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Sc., BA, MBA)
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/counseling/sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

**Salary**:
₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)

**Work Timings**:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Coimbatore City
