**Position Overview**

Seeking a University Relationship Manager/Recruiter in Bangalore with a strong network in Arts and Science colleges. Your role is pivotal in direct hiring from these institutions, aligning talents with our vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with Arts and Science colleges in Bangalore.
- Identify top talent through campus events and networking.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for seamless recruitment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in university relations or talent acquisition.
- Strong network in Bangalore's Arts and Science colleges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
