**Title: Executive - Lab Testing**

**Department - Quality**

**Reporting to**:Quality Managers

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform chemical tests on raw materials, including gel time, specific gravity, viscosity, volatile content, and acid value.

2. Conduct tests on fillers, such as moisture content, loss on ignition, chemical properties, bulk density, and tap density.

3. Conduct flame retardant (FR) testing on FR resin, including flame resistance and other relevant properties.

4. Perform mechanical tests on materials and products, including HDT (Heat Deflection Temperature), melting point, filler content, glass content, dielectric testing, tensile strength testing, and flexural strength testing.

5. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

6. Record and analyse test results accurately, maintaining detailed documentation.

7. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve testing procedures.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in testing methodologies.

10. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

2. Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in materials testing or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures.

4. Familiarity with relevant testing standards and regulations.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and analysing data.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Master's degree in a relevant field.

2. Certification in laboratory testing methodologies or relevant professional certifications.

3. Experience with specific testing equipment or techniques relevant to the industry.

4. Knowledge of statistical analysis software for data interpretation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
