**Job Overview**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing and enhancing the public image of the school. This role involves developing and implementing PR strategies, maintaining media relations, handling internal and external communications, and promoting the school's values and achievements to various stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Public Relations Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the school's image and reputation.
- Identify key messages and themes to communicate the school's values, achievements, and goals.
**2. Media Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and news articles about school events, achievements, and initiatives.
- Coordinate media coverage and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**3. Internal Communications**:
- Manage internal communication channels, ensuring that staff, students, and parents are informed about important news and events.
- Create and distribute newsletters, bulletins, and other communication materials to keep the school community engaged and informed.
**4. Event Management**:
- Plan and coordinate school events, such as open houses, press conferences, community outreach programs, and other promotional activities.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and media coverage for school events.
**5. Content Creation**:
- Develop engaging and informative content for the school's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Produce high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
**6. Crisis Management**:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any potential issues that may impact the school's reputation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media and stakeholders during a crisis, ensuring accurate and timely information is disseminated.
**7. Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, community leaders, and educational partners.
- Organize and participate in community outreach activities to promote the school's involvement and contributions.
**8. Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor media coverage and public perception of the school.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and outcomes to inform strategic planning.
**9. Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and administrative teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
