**Job Description: -**
- Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.
- Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
- Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
