**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**:Set up and operate VMC machines to perform machining operations as per provided specifications and blueprints.
Load and secure workpieces onto the machine table using proper clamps and fixtures.
Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts for each operation.
Input machining parameters into the machine's control panel, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.

**Tooling and Fixture Setup**:Choose and install required tooling and fixtures based on the provided work instructions.
Align and level workpieces, ensuring accurate positioning and dimensional accuracy.
Verify tool offsets and make necessary adjustments for precise machining.

**Quality Control**:Regularly inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Monitor the machining process to identify any deviations from desired specifications and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure the produced parts meet required quality standards and tolerances.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
Troubleshoot and diagnose minor machine issues, making adjustments or contacting maintenance personnel as necessary.
Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including setup details, machining parameters, and inspection results.
Record any issues or discrepancies encountered during the machining process.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating VMC machines.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or relevant personnel.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to understand job requirements and priorities.
Communicate any challenges or concerns related to machining processes or equipment to the appropriate stakeholders.

**Continuous Improvement**:Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Stay updated on the latest machining techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is preferred.
- Previous experience as a VMC operator or in a similar machining role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
- Familiarity with various measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
