**8+ years’ experience in Data Privacy Compliance Domain including Third Party Risk Management and Data Sovereignty**
- Well versed with Banking domain and Data Privacy Compliance Domain
- Strong Experience in Data Privacy Regulations (UK GDPR, EU GDPR) wrt to handling of PII and interpretation of Data Privacy Regulations in different markets.
- Experience in EU SCC, Schrems II requirements for cross border data transfer. Understand and interpret the various articles/ clauses mentioned in the GDPR (UK & EU) with respect to third party management and cross border data transfer.
- Experience into creation, interpretation of different type of assessments such as DPIA, TIA, PIA.
- Strong understanding of Data Sovereignty measures applicable to various countries
- Well versed with Agile ways of working, JIRA Board, Story/Sub Task Creation
- Pro in stakeholder management with clear communication and can work with mínimal supervision.
- Expertise in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Ceremonies (Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review & Planning, Sprint Demo)
- Pro-active and should be able to work independently.
- Team player, Mentor Junior Team members
- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to communicate with internal and external third-party vendors / stakeholders across various geographies.
- Ability to work in an in-and-out outsourced environment
- Good to have
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management for Vendor onboarding
- Third Party Contract Remediation

Location - Bangalore/Chennai. Need to work from Client Location
