Event Coordinator Female (Freshers Only)

Anandapriya Events, a leading event management company in Hyderabad, is currently seeking passionate and talented individuals for the position of Event Coordinator. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking to hire freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in the event management industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in planning and executing events, including conferences, weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event operations

Handle budgeting, contract negotiation, and timeline management for multiple events

Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events.

Assist in on-site event setup, coordination, and troubleshooting

Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the event planning process

**Requirements**:
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Bachelor's degree

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
