Job Overview 综述:
Responsibilities 职责:
Reporting to the global SAP Security lead this person / position will be based out of Celanese’s service center in Hyderabad/India and responsible to maintain control frameworks by conducting SAP Security SOX and compensation control activities and remain observant to all compliance directives required by Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or any Audit requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Purpose and Summary of position**:

- Responsible for executing the required IT SAP Security Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls and processes
- Maintain and support SAP GRC Access Control - Access Risk Analysis (ARA) module
- Working closely with risk owners on SOD risk remediation/mitigation
- Responsible to provide metrics on SOD status and SAP Security related compliance and process documentation
- Engage directly with Compliance team and internal and external Audit
- Ensure SAP GRC ruleset accuracy in alignment with functional risk owners and compliance team
- Will support Asia region projects along with other team members
- Work with internal/external partners to drive improvement/automation of compliance processes

Qualifications 要求:
**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP GRC AC and SAP Security in a large SAP environment (SAP S4, HANA, GTS, BW/BPC, CUA, HR, Fiori)
- Proficient with SAP security administration tools, SAP authorization concept
- Several years working experience with IT SOX and/or Compliance/Audit activities related to SAP Security
- Excellent communication skills to align across multiple and global teams
- Proficient in complex planning scenarios and documentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Fluent English
