**Requirement & Skills**:

- Ensures proper discipline of staff in Wards/ Floors
- Ensures Availability of Doctor
- Ensures prompt Response to nursing calls Monitors Staff behavior and attitude Performs
- Ensures that new admissions received in the system
- Ensures that discharges are completed on time in the system Resolves Issues related to Bed
- Management Provides refresher training to nurses, doctors, ward secretaries
- Ensures Patient care by addressing patient problems and ensuring proper coordination at all levels
- Checking completeness of Medical Record File Feedback to chairman/ HOD on compliance to quality standards, Medical Record audit and significant incidences.
- Manage the day to day Patient Care Services (In
- Patient, Out
- Patient) - Personally handle queries to ensure accurate courteous communication, providing all required information.
- Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Ensure service is proactive response whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.
