We are seeking a reliable and efficient **Pharmacy Assistant** to handle all clerical tasks and support the seamless operation of our pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will include maintaining patient records, managing pharmaceutical supplies, operating the cash register, accounting software and supporting the pharmacist in ensuring excellent patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain accurate patient files and records.
- Place orders for pharmaceutical supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Receive, unpack, and organize new stock delivered by suppliers.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments efficiently.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
- Ensure that pharmacy shelves are well-stocked, labeled, and neatly organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Pharmacist (B.Pharm/D.Pharm).
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
