Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups of varying skill levels and ages.
- Develop and deliver well-structured and engaging yoga sessions that align with the needs and goals of participants.
- Demonstrate and instruct yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises.
- Provide hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure the safety and comfort of participants.
- Offer guidance on proper alignment and posture to prevent injuries.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere in the studio, promoting a sense of community.
- Assess participants' fitness levels and adapt classes accordingly.
- Stay informed about current yoga trends, techniques, and research to enhance instruction.
- Promote the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for physical and mental health.
- Maintain a clean and organized yoga studio space.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
