Position: Relationship Associate

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with School, Institutes targeting students from 9th to 12th grade and corporates.

**2. Build and Maintain Relationships**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions, corporates, and potential partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships and business deals.

**3. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Aimshala’s services.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

**4. Collaborate with Seminar Teams/ Internal Teams**:

- Conduct Seminars and oversee overall execution.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for business development activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine Aimshala’s offerings and strategies.

**5. Monitor and Report Performance**:

- Track and analyse business development activities and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and the ability to stay Up-to-date with market trends and marketing strategies are essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
