**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in English Literature and Language as per CBSE syllabus and NCERT guidelines.
- Plan, prepare and implement lesson plans that develop language skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW).
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including Class 10 board exams.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate grammar, vocabulary-building, comprehension, and writing skills across lessons.
- Encourage creative expression through debates, elocutions, essay writing, and reading activities.
- Use digital tools and smart classroom technologies to enrich the learning experience.
- Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Guide students in English-related clubs, competitions, and co-curricular activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level in a CBSE school.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE board exam format and evaluation process.
- Creative teaching techniques and differentiated instruction strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Smart Boards, digital content creation).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
