**About the role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer to support our marketing team. The professional will assist in designing content for various marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your design skills in a professional setting.

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Assist in the development of visual assets for internal use, including presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing efforts.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and marketing team members to refine and perfect designs.
- Maintain organised files and archives of design projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Preferably a background with 3-5 years of proven experience.
- Someone who has built 0-1 journey of a startup is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take 100% ownership.
