As a Sales Assistant for our travel agency, you will play a crucial role in promoting our travel packages and services to other agencies within your designated area. This is a field-based position, and your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with other travel agencies to meet specific sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Networking**: Identify and research potential partner travel agencies within your assigned territory. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at partner agencies, including owners, managers, and travel consultants.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our travel packages, services, and offerings to effectively communicate their value to partner agencies.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective partner agencies, showcasing the benefits of collaborating with our agency.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, commissions, and partnership agreements with potential partner agencies, ensuring mutual benefit.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving sales targets set by the company.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Provide regular reports to the management team.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to partner agencies by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating bookings when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, especially in a field-based or B2B sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including travel packages, destinations, and travel services.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
