**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data and information.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Assist in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to support business planning and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, develop research methodologies, and define data collection processes.
- Analyze and interpret research findings, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry news, publications, and events to stay updated on market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in conducting customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather qualitative feedback and insights.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns based on research findings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of research findings, market reports, and other relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, business, or marketing) is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in market research, preferably in the mechanical or aeronautical domain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
- Proficient in both primary and secondary research methodologies, including survey design, data collection, and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using market research tools like Apollo.io and Craft.co is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

**Work Days**: Monday-Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
