**Job Description**:

- **We are looking for a skilled (according with the requested role) software developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. He should be strong in analytical and logical skills.**:

- **Java8, Springboot Microservices, Hibernate with Angular 2+**:

- **Challenges and improves own coding continuously and that of colleagues; sets the rules for coding and enhances them;**:

- **Has mastered several engineering languages and techniques, and determines the best use of it depending on the situation;**:

- **Takes responsibility for mentoring, coaching and training colleagues locally and one or more environments (domains, platforms, products, architectures, technologies,);**:

- **Uses pattern recognition to assess what to do. Uses rules to determine how to do it.**:

- **Continues to partner with and perform code reviews for peers and others.**:

- **Knows all the inner workings of at least one database product and can advise which database technology/paradigm to use.**:

- **Provides expertise, gives advice and analytical support in order to ensure appropriate usage of middleware technologies**:

- **Has an extensive understanding of the concepts of continuous delivery.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices technologies with Angular 2+**

**Secondary skills**:

- **Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.**:

- **Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.**:

- **Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.**
