**Job description**:

- Manage day-to-day Affiliate Marketing activities with partners/networks to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals, and optimization of the campaigns
- Establish long-term effective relationships with our key affiliate publishers
- Proactively look for new opportunities with new or existing affiliate partners
- Develop and deploy strong affiliate channel roadmaps and plans, uncovering insights, and presenting strategies to various key stakeholders
- Daily monitor and update performance report for each publisher and optimization request
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Achieve set marketing and sales goals
- Provide training on affiliate management as needed.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements
- An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company.
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

**Work time**: 9:00am to 5:30pm

**Location**:Mumbai (Andheri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
