Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on client needs.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Travel Planning**:

- Create detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and other relevant information.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all travel documents, such as passports and visas, are in order for clients.
- Stay informed about travel regulations and assist clients in complying with them.
- Verify and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy in details.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process.
- Handle and resolve issues, complaints, or emergencies that may arise during travel.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist clients in finding cost-effective travel options that align with their budget.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable rates and terms.
- **Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize travel booking platforms and tools efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry-specific software and technology to enhance service delivery.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless travel operations.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to build strong professional relationships.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and client profiles.
- Generate reports on travel trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

IATA And GDS Compulsory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
