**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert high-fidelity designs from **Figma** into responsive, pixel-perfect **HTML/CSS** templates.
- Implement and manage **Sass**-based stylesheets for scalable and maintainable CSS architecture.
- Write clean, cross-browser compatible, and well-documented code.
- Enhance UI interactivity using **JavaScript** (vanilla or lightweight libraries).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best UI/UX practices and standards.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3-4 years of experience in UI design and front-end implementation.
- Strong proficiency in **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and responsive design techniques.
- Deep understanding of **Sass/SCSS** for advanced styling and component-based design.
- Hands-on experience with **Figma** and converting Figma designs into HTML/CSS.
- Working knowledge of **JavaScript** (ES6+ preferred) for interactive components.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems like **Git**.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with front-end frameworks like **Bootstrap**, **Tailwind CSS**, or **Material UI**.
- Familiarity with basic frontend build tools like **Webpack**, **Gulp**, or **Vite**.
- Understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., **React**, **Vue.js**) is a plus.
- Exposure to tools like **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, or **Adobe XD**.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and performance optimization.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
