**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the drone assembly process, ensuring efficient production timelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proper integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Monitor assembly line processes for quality control and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with relevant departments to resolve any production bottlenecks.
- Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and parts for continuous workflow.
- Manage the procurement, storage, and inventory of drone components, spare parts, and raw materials.
- Maintain an accurate inventory database, tracking incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
- Implement proper labelling and storage methods for inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Plan stock levels based on production forecasts and ensure there is mínimal disruption due to inventory shortages.
- Plan and execute drone flight tests, ensuring proper setup and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the flight operations team to schedule and log test flights and trials.
- Ensure all drones are prepped and maintained to meet operational and safety standards.
- Monitor flight data for analysis and provide feedback to the engineering and development teams.
- Manage all flight-related documentation, including permits, licenses, and flight logs.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and government regulations, particularly in terms of safety, testing, and quality control.
- Implement safety protocols for assembly, storage, and flight operations.
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes and quality control measures.
- Report regularly to senior management on operational performance, issues, and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a Drone manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Certified Drone pilot or able to fly a agricultural drone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
