- **Parts Procurement**: Coordinate the procurement of necessary parts and materials for repairs, ensuring timely availability and smooth workflow.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough inspections of completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- **Customer Education**: Educate customers on repair processes, timelines, and any additional services or options available to them.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, updating databases, and processing paperwork related to repairs and customer transactions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including technicians, administrators, and management, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹9,030.21 - ₹17,911.63 per month
