- Post-graduation in Social Work / Extension Education / Rural Management from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a Must (Reading, writing, and speaking)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of programs at the field level.
- Support the program manager in promoting developmental programs for the benefit of children, families, and the community
- Assist in finalizing the annual plan with a timeline for the program
- Develop/implement systems & procedures concerning program planning, review, and monitoring
- undertake regular visits to target villages to conduct science club activities with students
- Establish a network with local agencies, government, and NGOs to strengthen the implementation of the program of the organization
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to undertake field travel
- Ability to organize training and orientation programs for teachers and students
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Function as a team player
- Ability to meet the reporting deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office and data management
