**About the role**:
Our Customer Support team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We are also internal customer-champions, working with product teams to ensure users stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does
We're looking for a Subject Matter Expert with experience in Financial investigations and AML processes, assisting with the process optimisation and procedures updates. A brave individual who knows how to manage risks and make independent decisions and who is ready to assist our internal teams with the day to day work and optimise it's results.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Ensuring alignment of our procedures with other teams and internal policies
- Working closely with team leads and agents of a respective team helping to achieve the goals
- Supporting Vendor management tasks in collaboration with Vendor Owner TLs such as Reporting, Training, Shadowing, Requests etc.
- Collaborating on a cross functional level to enhance process and reduce volumes
- Performing RCA's and remediations on demand
- Delivering initial training for New joiners and any ad-hoc training, refreshers to up skill the team and vendors
**What you'll need**:
- Experience in at least one of the AML/CTF related processes and excellent knowledge of the procedures within the process line
- Good knowledge of risk indicators in relation to various money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- High degree of fluency and written communication skills in English
**Nice to have**:
- SQL skills
**Compensation range**:
- Vilnius: €1,700 - €2,500 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €1,700 - €2,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
