**Job Title**: Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing, Research, and Operations)

**Location**: Nashik

**Job Type**: Full-time from office, Monday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze digital marketing performance using key metrics and report on campaign outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online presence and brand visibility.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media channels, and newsletters.

2. **Market Research**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.
- Provide actionable insights based on research findings to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

3. **Operations**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline marketing processes and ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials, events, and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing-related activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, research, and/or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
