As a Graphic Designer at Trumpets Technologies, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand message across various digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create designs that enhance user engagement and drive business goals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, presentations, banners, and promotional content.
- Create and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
