Hiring freshers for Delhi

**About F2F Fundraising role**:

- Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support UNICEF by donating on a long-term monthly basis.
- Raise awareness of UNICEF’s work with children around the world and our advocacy and programme work around India.
- Identify and recruit quality donors using methods outlined in New Starter training and through on-going training and support.
- Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data in a safe and secure manner.
- To participate in training and coaching sessions as required by UNICEF.
- Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.
- In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with UNICEF’s values.
- This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.

**Experience**:

- **No experience required as full training will be provided.**
- If you’ve worked in the following positions: promoter, retail field expert, advertising expert, marketing expert, Business Development associate, fundraising or sales associate (B2B, B2C), then you are the best fit for the role.
- You will be working on the payrolls of Persolkelly. Also, we will sign three months contracts with you for the first 3 months (review period) and then we will sign annual renewable contracts with you after the first 3 months are completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹19,700.00 per month

Schedule:
