**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should be able to Plan, Communicate, Control, Execute the project. Ensure timely execution timeline of project and Back-log clearance, if required.
- Coordinate with Process, Civil/Structural, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation groups to ensure design suits all these depts.
- Do vendor drawing reviews and provide comments, if any and Modelling of clips on equipment.
- Collaborate with Stress and Support Engineers for optimal design.
- Extract and check isometrics.
- Prepare Plot plans, nozzle orientation, platform drawings, Structure details and GAD'S.
- Piping Layout:

- Able to develop and check plant 3D models and 2D drawings. Piping design, component selection (manual valves, flanges, pipings, filters, fittings, gaskets, strainers, traps, etc...) and material requisition according to project specifications and internal standards.
- Technical alignment of piping system and supplier follow up.
- BoM and VDR deliverables management Select/verify/prepare, perform and check detailed technical designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments, design certificates).
- Should be capable of plant design with specific competencies on skids in coordination with other disciplines.
- Knowledge of design for maintainability, operability and accessibility of plants. Painting and coating basic awareness.
- Material requisition for handling systems (bridge cranes, minor hoists, trolleys, etc.) and cryogenic design for piping and piping components.
- Should be capable of developing and coordinating activities for complex on-shore and off-shore plants.
- Deep knowledge of plant maintainability and operability as well as ergonomics and accessibility assessment.
- Review and coordination of internal and customer 3D model reviews driving integration between disciplines.
- Ensure design outputs meet health and safety/environmental compliance.

- ** Desired Skills**:

- Drafting, basics execution involving piping stress modelling and piping supports drawings preparation according to project specifications and internal standards.
- Responsible for design, Monitoring and control of the piping stress design progress including the coordination with the customers and vendors for progress and updates.
- Responsible for the technical guideline preparation and the final check of all the project deliverables like stress report, piping supports/ expansion bellows supply specifications and drawings in accordance with international standards and project specifications.
