Principal responsibilites
The trainee would be assisting in HAPL and HSCI matters
- 1) Name change on share certificate - coordinating with consultant, documentation
2) Reconciliation of dividend received with the physical shares
3) Documentation of loss of shares, filing with IEPF
4) Assisting in statutory, internal audit - preparation of schedules, collating of data, documentation, verification
5) Supporting the tax team and other accounting matters
