As a General Physician at Loop, you will play a key role in our mission to build a new kind of healthcare system, one that prioritizes prevention over just responding to illness. You will be caring for patients of various ages, helping them navigate complex medical conditions using the latest clinical research. You will be instrumental in kickstarting the healthcare journeys of hundreds of Loop members, focusing on delivering quality care and improving health outcomes. **What you will be doing**:

- Initiating patients' healthcare journeys at Loop with thorough and empathetic medical support
- Recording and addressing patient concerns with a focus on trust and understanding
- Referring patients to specialized care within Loop's network of skilled specialists
- Working alongside Loop's team of medical experts to deliver care of the highest standard
- Providing complete patient support, from the first consultation to treatment initiation and ongoing health monitoring
- Coordinating and interpreting lab tests, followed by detailed report reviews and health benchmarking
- Offering guidance for healthier living, using data-driven insights to tailor personalized care plans
- Ensuring that every aspect of medical care provided is empathetic, trustworthy, and patient-focused
- Contributing actively to the development and innovation of new health products and services at Loop

**What we are looking for**:

- An MBBS degree, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and one Indian regional language (Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Comfort with technology and software tools, including electronic medical records and Excel.
- An empathetic nature with a genuine concern for patients' welfare.
- Flexibility in work shifts and comfort with traveling often to different cities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
