**Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed assessment of the client landscape and identify optimization and modernization opportunities and create a IT Modernization roadmap
- Ability to pivot and drive client interactions with a focus on business outcome
- Manage an agile delivery with cross functional IT Modernization squads
- Perform solutioning and delivery of progressive IT Modernization engagements, including recognizing and developing add-on opportunities
- Hands-on technical leadership in Architecture, Strategy, Design, Complex Framework Development and Engineering
- Professional experience in consulting, transformation, migration as well as strategy with public and private cloud computing technologies.
- Exposure to cloud native Architectures definition, design, implementation and review
- Experience in building market-relevant solution in emerging technologies that address the key business challenges and lead enterprise digital transformation
- Involvement in the solution response for the large and complex transformation RFP and help in landing the deals by participating in hackathons and customer presentation
- Interlock between clients & Partners to pioneer innovative ideas & business models and own the delivery of MVP & ideation projects.
- Transformation of End-to-end Digital IT operating model at scale
- Exposure to the culture of Problem-solving using Design thinking, Agile and DevOps principles
- Provide mentoring, leadership & oversight to all user communities in upskilling and solution building at scale with high quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of key development and engineering best practices and reusable assets to improve quality and reliability of team's deliverables.
- Experience in any programming languages, UI/UX technologies, SQL & NoSQL databases, Analytics
