**Position -Chinese Chef**

A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes to high standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. They manage kitchen operations, maintain food safety, and may also be involved in menu development and staff training

**Experience - 2 yrs - 4 yrs**

**Responsibilities**

**Cooking and Preparation**:
Preparing and cooking a diverse range of Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, dumplings, stir-fries, soups, and sauces.

**Authenticity**:
Ensuring dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and techniques, delivering authentic flavours and presentation.

**Quality Control**:
Monitoring food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and meeting high standards.

**Recipe Adherence**:
Following recipes and instructions from senior chefs, as well as developing new dishes.

**Menu Planning**:
Contributing to menu development, potentially creating new dishes or adapting existing ones.

**Kitchen Management**:
**Supervision**: Overseeing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

**Food Safety and Hygiene**: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Stock Management**: Monitoring inventory levels, managing supplies, and ensuring efficient food storage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
