**Job Title**: Visual Gems ERP Administrator

**Job Summary**:
The Visual Gems ERP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the **Visual Gems** ERP software used in garment manufacturing. This role ensures smooth operations by troubleshooting issues, providing user support, customizing reports, and coordinating with internal teams and software vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:1. ERP Administration & Maintenance**
- Manage and configure **Visual Gems ERP** modules for production, merchandising, inventory, and finance.
- Ensure system stability, security, and data integrity.
- Perform regular backups and updates to keep the system running efficiently.

**2. User Support & Training**
- Provide technical support to ERP users across departments.
- Train employees on best practices and new features of the Visual Gems software.
- Resolve system-related issues and escalate to vendors if necessary.

**3. Customization & Reporting**
- Generate and customize reports based on business needs.
- Optimize dashboards for real-time tracking of orders, production, and shipments.
- Work with management to automate processes within the ERP.

**4. Data Management & Integration**
- Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and synchronization across departments.
- Coordinate with IT teams to integrate **Visual Gems** with other software like accounting and inventory management tools.
- Monitor system logs and troubleshoot errors.

**5. Vendor Coordination**
- Liaise with **Visual Gems** software support for upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Evaluate new features and updates from the vendor for possible implementation.

**6. Compliance & Security**
- Implement access controls and user roles to ensure data security.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in ERP administration, preferably in the **garment or têxtile industry**.
- Proficiency in **Visual Gems ERP** (Merchandise, Production, Inventory, Accounts modules).
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in **SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Crystal Reports** is a plus.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)** and system integration.
- Knowledge of **garment cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work-in-Progress)** tracking.
- Basic understanding of finance modules in ERP.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
