- **Problem Diagnosis**:Helping to identify vehicle problems through observation, vehicle history review, and collaboration with technicians.

- **Coordination with Technicians**:Communicating customer needs and work order details to technicians, ensuring efficient and effective repairs.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:Keeping customers informed about repair progress, ensuring they are satisfied with the service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Sales & Up-Selling**:Suggesting additional services or products that may be beneficial for the customer's vehicle, while always maintaining a customer-centric approach.
