Introduction:

- Assist the Business Manager in preparing logistics, agendas and materials to support the senior leadership meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Liaising with HR and internal stakeholders for open position tracking, forecasting and resource hiring closure, SPOC for all hiring related activities between VP/D and the HR teams
- Tracking the approved headcount against BOS headcount with the monthly forecasting on open roles committed joiners and leavers.
- Provide administrative help on the processes that support the whole directorate, for example on budgets and tracking spending.
- Tracking and completion of mandatory activities
- Provide inputs for QBR and other regular updates for the overall function to create a view on the overall performance and achievements of the team
- Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases

What will you be doing?

Priorities
- Coordinate work flow
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- Deliver automation and strategic initiatives within FC with focus on controls and tech implementation
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines

Communication
- Attend to general enquiries around the headcount and hiring space
- Deliver key messaging to the seniors for regular functional updates

Confidentiality
- Perform to earn full confidence
- Assure discreet handling of business

What we’re looking for:

- Post graduate, preferred MBA (HR)
- Excellent written and oral communication with ability to communicate with stakeholders of all seniorities
- Logical and structured approach to achieving desired outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Skilled at Microsoft PowerPoint and strategic communication

- Ability to deliver under pressure and to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
