**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with each client’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually compelling assets.
- Develop branded visuals for landing pages, PPC ads, and social media profiles.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and tools to create fresh, appealing content for digital audiences.
- **Video Editing**:

- Produce and edit video content for social media, advertisements, YouTube, and other digital channels, ensuring each piece is optimized for the intended platform.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop video content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Edit promotional, instructional, and short-form video content, adding necessary effects, animations, and transitions.
- Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance video projects.
- Optimize video content for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), understanding the format and content strategies for each.
- **Campaign Asset Development**:

- Adapt and create new digital assets for various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design thumbnails, end screens, and overlays for video campaigns to enhance engagement and click-through rates.
- Work with performance marketing teams to iterate on design concepts that drive better results based on data-driven feedback.
- **Branding and Consistency**:

- Ensure all visual content aligns with each client's brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all graphic and video content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to offer creative solutions and concepts for marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer and Video Editor** in a digital marketing environment, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools for graphic design and video editing.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for both static and motion content.
- Experience creating digital assets for social media platforms and digital ads, with knowledge of best practices for each platform.
- Strong understanding of video production and editing techniques, including animation and motion graphics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and pivot quickly based on client or campaign needs.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working in a **digital marketing agency** or with brands in the digital marketing space.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and data-driven design.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
