**Profile Summary**

You should be graduate in Merchandise or reated field with a knowledge of fabric and vendor management. Coordinate with the vendors, work with the team on festival merchandise, Upload all the merchandise on the website and create a listing for the same. This role will be responsible for driving the success of the e-commerce platform, from product listings to customer service, vendor management, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).
**Detailed Job Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the vendors, work with the team on festival merchandise Sourcing festival Merchanside from diffrent vendors, collecting samaples,coordinate for billing & payments etc
- Product Listing: Manage the entire product listing process on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely product deliveries, and manage order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Regularly monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors for restocking, and track inventory to avoid discrepancies.
- Order Processing: Oversee order processing, ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Logistics and Delivery Coordination: Work closely with delivery partners to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries, resolve delivery-related issues, and track shipments.
- Website Management: Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and fully functional. Troubleshoot any issues with the online store.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions, sales campaigns, and provide product information for marketing materials.

**Education Qualification & Key Skills require**
- You should be graduate in Merchandise or reated field with a knowledge of fabric and vendor management. Min 2-3 years of exp Merchandise, vendor management, e-commerce management. keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of logistics and working with delivery partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
