**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on furniture selection, customization, and design options.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the furniture inventory, including materials, features, and care instructions, to effectively assist customers.
- **Sales Performance**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and providing personalized recommendations.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Suggest complementary products or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- **Market Trends**: Stay updated on furniture trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment.
- Strong understanding of furniture styles, materials, and design trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of furniture customization options and manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
