Overview: MTS I, Software Responsibilities:
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enhance, optimize, and improve the efficiency and robustness of current software, with a particular focus on OSS integration and telecom functionality.
- Participate in a complete software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams, including those working on OSS for system monitoring and operational support.
- Work with AWS to deploy and manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure that supports both telecom and OSS development.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with mínimal guidance from Tech Leads and Architects.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 3-year experience in Full Stack Development including backend technologies JavaScript, NodeJS, and C++ background.
- Knowledge and experience in real time multi-threaded software development.
- Proven experience in development under Linux, including telecom-based systems.
- Proven experience in socket programing, IPC and PUB/SUB architecture.
- Understanding of the basic networking protocols TCP/UDP/IP and familiarity with VLANs and basic switching and routing concepts.
- Experience in continuous integration / continuous deployment and test-driven software development.
- Demonstrated engineering communication expertise including clear and concise written and verbal skills.
- Experience in cloud native software development concepts is desirable.
- Understanding and working experience with Docker container and Kubernetes is desirable.
- Understanding of advanced networking protocols HTTP/SNMP/DHCP/DNS etc. is desirable.
- Experience in the management of OSS tools for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management in telecom and avionics environments.
- Familiarity with telecom in avionics, including 4G/5G networking and telecom operations support systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent with 1-3 years of proven experience in Full stack development including Java Script, Node JS, C++.
