**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes using traditional tandoor equipment and methods.
- Create authentic and innovative tandoori dishes, including kebabs, naan, tikkas, and breads, with high attention to flavor and presentation.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor section, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory for the tandoor section, including monitoring and ordering of spices, marinades, and other ingredients as needed.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in the tandoor section as required.
- Monitor and control waste to reduce food costs, maintaining efficiency in the tandoor section.
- Stay updated on new tandoor techniques, ingredients, and trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
