Import Export Supervisor

_**Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Supervision & coordination of loading -unloading activity
- Visit to Port or other customer sites as per requirement
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Verify material loaded or unloaded against work order or bills
- Give instructions to workers for moving materials to storage area
- Dispatch document verification and e-way bill preparation
- Manpower handling & ensure utilization of manpower 100%
- Adhere all the compliance including safety
- 5s monitoring & Maintain it.
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
