A Foreman Formwork is responsible for overseeing and managing the formwork operations on a construction site. Their primary duty is to ensure that formwork is constructed and maintained in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

Some of the key responsibilities of a Foreman Formwork include:

- Supervising the formwork crew, ensuring they work safely and efficiently, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications, and working with the project team to plan and schedule formwork operations.
- Coordinating with other trades and contractors to ensure that formwork is installed and removed in a timely manner, and that work flows smoothly on the construction site.
- Ensuring that all formwork materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and that they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Inspecting the formwork to ensure that it is properly installed, braced, and secured, and that it meets safety requirements.
- Monitoring and tracking formwork usage, and working with the project team to identify areas where efficiencies can be improved.
- Maintaining accurate records of formwork operations, including material usage, labor hours, and equipment usage.
- Ensuring that all workers are trained in the proper use of formwork equipment, and that they follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- In general, a Foreman Formwork is responsible for ensuring that formwork operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. They must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and materials.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
