Job Description: Performance Marketing - Fintech and Healthcare
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your expertise in Facebook Ads and social media marketing will be vital in ensuring the success of our digital marketing efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Facebook Ads Expertise:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to reach our target audience and achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key audience segments and optimize ad targeting for maximum impact.
- Create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visual content that aligns with the brand's messaging and goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize results, including A/B testing various ad elements.
2. Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee the management and growth of our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media marketing plans that support overall marketing objectives and promote brand awareness.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to foster positive relationships and community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and propose actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Monitor the marketing landscape and keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Campaign Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on Facebook Ads and social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
