Associate

**Payroll Processing**:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of regular and off-cycle payrolls.
- Ensure accurate data entry of employee information, salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits.
- Verify timesheets and attendance records for accuracy.

**Compliance Support**:

- Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for audits.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update payroll records and employee files.
- Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving employee payroll issues.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and distribute payroll reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of year-end reports, including W-2s and 1099s.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and compliant payroll practices.
- Provide support during payroll system implementations and upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
