**Job Summary**
Acquisition of new clients for sales of residential plots
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Selling properties: Promoting and selling properties in a real estate portfolio.
Meeting sales targets: Generating and converting leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Presenting properties: Showcasing properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Conducting tours: Providing detailed information on specifications, pricing, and terms during property tours.
Supporting sales and marketing: Supporting sales and marketing activities and events, including weekend duties.
Preparing for new project launches: Preparing, organizing, and carrying out documentation and marketing activities for new project sales launches.
Reporting on sales: Reporting on sales activities to top management.
Organizing site visits: Organizing site visits for prospective customers and accompanying them on site visits.
Demonstrating initiative: Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Holding & Participating in events for lead generation activities.
Generating references from existing clients
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
2-3 Years Experience
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation.
Sales & acquisition experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good knowledge of real estate industry and MS-office. ,
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
