**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on the safe use of prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves guiding patients on drug interactions, side effects, and overall health management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately prepare, review, and dispense prescription medications.
- Provide counseling and professional advice to patients on dosage, usage, side effects, and interactions of prescribed medicines.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of medicines.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and identify potential drug-related problems.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Stay updated with new drugs, treatments, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards of pharmacy practice.
- Manage inventory levels, check expiry dates, and order supplies as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent).
- Valid license/registration to practice as a Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosages, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain patient safety.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software is an added advantage

**Work Environment**:

- Pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare facility setting.
- Interaction with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.
- May require flexible working hours, including weekends or shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
