Shift incharge retail (Male /Female) Location: Kannur (Airport) **Salary**: 20% hike to last salary Education: Any Graduation Company: Travel Retail Experience : Minim 3+ Years in any retails sector Age - Below 35 years Key Accountabilities: A) Sales Target Achievement - Accountable for the overall achievement of the Team Sales target - Sales monitoring through individual staff targets in achieving Category and Brand targets - Focus on Group travel and High Value merchandise to maximize revenue - Implement the incentive programs of KDF and Category to achieve the desired results - Sales* - ATV - Conversion - SPP - Category/ Brand targets - Individual productivity B) Compliance Management **Sales should be made as per the baggage allowances & LAG’s and all billing related compliances must be followed ** Internal SOP’s of KDF need to be adhered to at all times * - Adhere to the Fire Safety standards set by ARFF Zero notices from Customs - MAG audit observations - SOP document - Fire Safety audit C) Shop Floor Inventory Management Ensure timely stock indenting, stock rotation and ageing stock liquidation - Stocks should be sold by FIFO and all Bonds should be closed within the stipulated Bond life - There should be no loss on account of Bond expiries and acceptable/ unavoidable loss due to product expiries, damages and pilferage - Support the Loss Prevention Team - Ensure the efficient usage of GWP’s and other consumables like STEB’s, shopping bags and billing stationery - Stock indenting* - Bond closures - Shrinkage < 0.10% to Sales - GWP stock-take D) Merchandising Management **Availability and visibility of stocks through timely replenishments ** Support the stock display as per the planograms given by the Category team - Support the printing of price tickets and offer signage - Implementing the promotions (including mega promotions, HPP and SPP) - To organize and maintain the back store inventory - Co-ordinate with the HK team in the cleanliness of the store Stock visibility as per planogram - Promotion targets vs Sales achievement - 5 ‘S’ audit E) Team Management Managing day-to-day store operations by scheduling and assigning the duties for the floor teams and following-up on the results - Team alignment to Business goals/ floor discipline/ compliance to company policies and processes - Sustain/ Reduction in Attrition %* - Roster - Absenteeism F) Stakeholder Management **Smooth functioning of the stores by having a good working relationship with the Batch & AIU Customs ** Interact and co-ordinate with Airline staff, Security team and other stakeholders as required Functioning of store for 24x7 seamless operationsG) Customer Relationship Management - Support in implementation of Loyalty program - Support in resolving Customer grievances Attending Customer grievances within timelines - **Customer satisfaction survey score** Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - team leadership: 3 years (preferred) - Retail sales: 3 years (preferred) - retail apparel and fashion: 3 years (preferred)
