We are looking for a creative and skilled **freelance trainer** to deliver **on-site training sessions** on **Adobe Premiere Pro** for a **college batch in Malur**. The trainer will be responsible for teaching video editing from **basics to advanced**, using a hands-on, project-based approach that prepares students for careers in **media, content creation, and digital marketing**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured and engaging sessions on **Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- Teach students about **timeline editing, transitions, effects, color correction, audio editing, and exporting**:

- Guide students through **real-world video editing projects**:

- Share professional tips, shortcuts, and workflow best practices
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Coordinate with the college or training partner for scheduling and class planning

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** with a strong portfolio of video editing work
- Prior experience as a **trainer or video editor** (corporate/academic training experience preferred)
- Good communication and classroom engagement skills
- Ability to teach both **beginner and intermediate levels**:

- Must be available to conduct **on-site sessions in Malur**:

- Own laptop and licensed Adobe software preferred

**Duration & Timings**:

- Short-term project
- Sessions may be scheduled on **weekdays or weekends** (to be finalized with the college)

**Compensation**:
**Trainer fee - as per industry standards and experience**
